I just can't wait til after the org chem finals is over
At this point in time when my 2008 summer vacation is at stake and when I should be studying more than anything else, I am blogging partly because I am stressed out and mostly because I am tired of studying. It is a bit late for me to admit that indeed I miss high school. Gone were the days when my exam scheduled were definite, and everything I needed to get good grades was easily within reach. College is sucking the life out of me –not that it has much to get from me. But yeah, I would be enthusiastic to study just for one last time (hoping I pass the finals) before sembreak if it weren't for the fact that I am so freakin tired.
I just can't wait til after the org chem finals is over. Wah

the day when almost everything went right
this is my pet turtle BEANS, a birthday gift from bea.
haha.. i decided to call him "beans" instead of the originally planned "squirt." i realized that naming my turtle after a character in finding nemo isn't such a great thing. yeah, the name is cute but i want my turtle to have his own name. beans' shell is really amazing cos you can see different shades of green and stuff. and the bottom part of the shell has patterns that look like mongo beans. yep. that's exactly why i decided to call him beans. he looks like a turtle you see in cartoons, bright and everything.. really cool.
We didnt have a regular school day today because of a debate thing we had to watch. no other classes except my favorite.. the electives! ANATOMY!!! yipee! and this is where "almost everything" comes in.. yeah, i was able to study for the 100 point quiz, but i forgot about two diseases in the integumentary system. we were asked to describe the disorder vitiligo and explain what causes it. first i wrote about the "white patches disease" and then i wrote about the "silvery white scales disease" just below it. ten minutes before the test was over, i crossed out the first description i wrote because i was pretty sure i was doing the right thing. well, it's true what they say about first answers. minus three for me..
and of course.. it's friday today! my forever favorite day! the actual day i was born. it's really weird how september 2 rarely falls on a friday. i tried counting and i came up with a total of three years: 1988(the year i was born), 1994(the year i was still an innocent pre-schooler) and 2005. so i guess that's another thing to be happy about.
i went to mcdo after classes to treat my closest friends out. it was fun since almost everyone was there. i was actually expecting just five people to come.. but the others had changes in their plans so they decided to come along.. cool. ten people were with me in mcdo: thea, bea, stef, toi, trina, bianca, pau, gin, kathe and mikey. i had so much fun since i got to spend my birthday with them..
then thea and i went to national bookstore cos she had to buy something. i still had money so i bought a charcoal pencil and a canvas panel for future unexpected "artistic" mood swings.. that would get me in the mood to paint. we went to the counter to pay, then i realized that i wanted to use the epurse points in my national bookstore card.. so i did. i was able to get the hrr i was supposed to buy for free! and i bought another canvas..cool!
almost everything went right.. maybe im just too positive cos the good things that happened to me arent that much. but i love being too positive. and i think, that's all it takes to be really happy.

Nothing happened this week, but im extra tired. Well, not really nothing.. oh yeah we had our buwan ng wika celebratin. it was fun and i actually enjoyed myself. we had shortened periods and friday schedule, which means i attended my elective class twice this week. fun! haha.. we actually didn't do anything during the thursday meeting. ms.delfin was in a conference somewhere and she left us things to do.
oh yeah.. there's this cheering competition, but i cant come because it's the same time as my schedule for the yearbook pictorial. i told the club moderator about it, and she said that it is a valid excuse.. so i guess im really not going.
i haven't really decided on what i am gonna wear for tomorrow.. i guess i'll have to do that a little later.
simplify. simplify..? i just got that from a calving and hobbes comic strip. and i couldn't think of any other title.. so there.
i guess i have to be in bed in a little while.. if i want to get enough sleep..whew
oh i found someone with the same schedule for the acet! really cool..another expert guides classmate! i saw dexter and my summer crush during the upcat and on september 18, im gonna see jimi.. wow.. the world really is small.. oooh.. maybe i'll get to see my summer crush again! *coolness.. ohpleaseohplease* haha..i wont even hope.. i guess once is enough. he was wearing a red shirt by the way.. so cute.. really really really cute..haha!

my physics homework- bear with it.
**in my world, anything goes..
Subsisting Superbly Super
In Invinciville, a world coexisting with our but in a much faster pace, there lived heroes of all sorts, shapes and sizes. These people, possessing supernatural powers, have lived every single day of their lives faster than the speed of light, restraining our untrained normal eyes from catching a full glimpse of them. Perhaps the greatest honor in this world was to be considered a Super. Schools were especially built for this cause, training gifted teenagers to use their powers effectively, and bringing out the inner heroes believed to be already within them. Although every teenager can enter these schools and come out as heroes, only a few can be considered Super.
One of these schools is the Magnificent Conservatory for Holistic Super-development or MCHS where, indeed, most Supers come from. A quarter has already gone by and the P6 teacher, Professor S has chosen three students, whom he has recognized to possess the makings of a Super, to take an additional test that would prove if they are ready to claim the title. He asked his students, Anna, Bea and Clariz to assemble on the monn exactly as the sun's rays hit the giant candy cane at the workshop of Santa, another Super, in the North Pole. There, the professor gave them the instructions for the MCHS amazing race to test if their bodies, minds and hearts are indeed Super. They were to see Professor S at the P6 laboratory after completing the tasks. The winner will be awarded with the Magical-A jewel that would guarantee them A's in P6 for the rest of their stay at MCHS and the invincibility cloak that would prove their being Super heroes of Invinciville.
And so they were off. Anna wanted to reach the P6 laboratory earlier than the others, so she drank Fantasdrink to provide her with much more energy for the race. This drink made her vision so sharp that she instantly saw a meteor about to hit a rocket. The drink also made her super energetic that she was able to use her super strength in an instant to crash the meteor into pieces. Thinking that her work was done, Anna rushed off to claim her prize at the P6 laboratory.
Bea and Clariz, on the other hand, both saw what actually had happened. Anna was in such a hurry that she did not realize that the meteor contained Invisibilite, a certain gem that is injurious and fatal to heroes who come in contact with it. They stared in distraught as the meteor crashed into pieces right infront of their very eyes, causing a meteor shower. So being the teen heroes that they are, they agreed to split up; Bea was to destroy all the Invisibilite she could, while Clariz was to save the affected heroes from death.
And so they went their separate ways. Bea blasted off to the sky and searched the entire world of any sign of Invisibilite. She used her super mind, and through this realized that the only way to blast off the gems was to use her ice vision. That way, she can destroy the gems without getting near them herself. Clariz, on the other hand, realized that the only way to help the people was to find a cure for the super deadly disease that had spread. She decided to go to the seventy minute medical school, but leave after thirty minutes because she really was in a hurry. So she slowed down a bit and enrolled at a nearby medical school.
Almost thirty minutes after Clariz had gone to medical school, the three teen heroes came across each other; Clariz was in school, while Anna and Bea were flying above it. Anna was slowing down and starting to lose her energy because the effect of Fantasdrink was slowly wearing off. This caused her to bump into Bea, who at that time was blasting off Invisibilite gems with her ice vision. So instead of hitting her target, Bea accidentally froze Clariz who was listening attentively in avey important class discussion in medical school. Unfortunately, Bea did not notice what had happened; she went off in search for more gems. The incident trapped Clariz, who was deeply saddened by the very unfortunate event, in medical school.
Even though Anna was losing her energy, she still managed to reach the P6 laboratory. Professor S was disappointed, pointing out
that Anna had only exemplified the possession of a super body; unfortunately, insufficient to win either the Magical-A jewel or the invincibility cloak.
Bea was still in search of more Invisibilie gems to blast off, and Clariz was still frozen in medical school. Although Clariz' whole body was wedged to her seat and cannot be moved, her mind and heart were still running. Her mind kept absorbing information, enabling her to figure out that the cure for the disease was none other than the Whipple- Scrumptious Fudgemallow Delight chocolate bar from the factory of Mr. Willy Wonka, yet again, another Super. Her heart was also still beating in the right place, enabling her to be even more determined now that she has found a cure. Her heart magically made her feel warm. This supernatural warmth spread throughout her body, making the ice melt just in time to save the paranormal world of Invinciville. She rushed as fast as she could out of medical school and into Mr. Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, which was surprisingly, just across the street. She then purchased a googol bars and spread these with incredible speed throughout Invinciville.
Bea managed to ice blast all the Invisibilite gems, putting a stop to further injury and death. But because her body was growing tired from all the flying and blasting off, she started slowing down on her way to the P6 laboratory. Clariz had cured all the affected heroes; yet, has not used up all her energy enabling her to speed off to see professor S. Bea and Clariz were then surprised to see each other at the P6 laboratory. Both arrived at exactly the same time, giving Professor S a hard time in choosing the winner. He then remembered what he had said before the race started. Speed is not really the basis for judging a hero; what matters is the exemplification of their possession of of a super body, a super mind and a super heart. Bea only exemplified her possession of a super body and and a super mind, which what most heroes possess. Clariz, on the contrary, exemplified her possession not only of a super body and a super mind, but a super heart as well. Clariz was awarded with the Magical-A jewelry and the invincibility cloak, finally being able to claim the title of "Super."
But thisis not how the story ends.
After three Invincible years, equivalent to three months of summer vacation, the three teenage heroes had gone tired of living fast paced lives. They decided to live in slow motion by settling amongst ordinary people in a slow moving world. They still are heroes, possessing and keeping their supernatural powers and marvelous identities to themselves, until this very moment.

sunday morning rain is falling..
oh here i go again. everytime someone asks me what my schedule for the acet is, it's like the song plays at the back of my mind. i was actually supposed to pick the saturday afternoon sched, but there weren't anymore slots available. being the responsible students that we are, stef, trina, bianca and myself went to ateneo just yesterday to submit our forms. and so that's it.. while we were in line, they announced that the saturday afternoon sched was already closed.
im actually excited to try out my exam sched. in the upcat, i took the exam saturday afternoon, and i sort of messed up. well, that's what i think.. i want to know if it'll be the same if i take the exam on a sunday.
oh yeah.. i dont have a turtle yet. my mom ordered just one turtle, and of course, i had to give it to bea.. i named the turtle zesto, which was actually a suitable name. you see, when i brought the turtle to school, thea made it walk on the platform. we were all surprised to see the turtle walk so fast. it was like a mutated turtle or something.. filled with zest.. really cool.
i really enjoyed doing my physics homework, the one where we were asked to make a story based on a graph. it was cool since the story can be about anything. i really had fun putting down all my crazy ideas. it was also useful that the variables in the graph were A, B and C; i used Anna, Bea and myself for the names of the characters. hmm.. i really don't know why I wrote about superheroes.. it was actually weird. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the graph was about being frozen in time. so that's it. i guess everything came down to that.
